Is it true or False? Explain why?

1. Saul's computer could understand what he said to it.

2. There weren't enough jobs for everyone to work all the time.

3. Most people had to do community work for six months.

4. Saul thought tha life was better in the past.

5. Saul and Caroline had never been in the same place together.

1. true. In 2051 computers are very modern.
Computers can control many things.
the computer talk, and undertand perfectly Saul. Saul has a relationship with Caroline through the computer.He doesn't have freedom to go everywhere because
there are too much polution in the world. The computer has become in 2051 a very important work tool.

2. True. There is overpopulation in London,and no too much employment. Control made the rules.
Control doesn't allow to work anybody. People have to do a mandatory community work.

1.Yes, it is true. The computer controls everything in this time.It calls Controlar and this computer controls people's life.
2.Yes, it is true.There were too many people and too few job.It was Controler rule.Control ruled everything.
3.Yes, it is true.There were too many old people(three-quearters) and someone had to look after them.All young people under thirty had to help old people.
4.No, it is fulse. He thinks this life is better thah in the past.Because of the virtual world you can do everything at home.For instance you can do sports, you can hiking, you can meet different people. The Control said,"The virtual world is happy world."
5.Yes it is true.They never been together.She lives in Neumatt, Switzerland and he lives Richmond England.

True: The paragraph fifth explain that everyone have to make 6 months of community work. Later on the paragraph seventh explain tat everyone have to make the community work because three-quarters of the population of europe was over seventy years old and needed who take care of them.

There are not enough employement for everyone to work,so control makes the rule that everybody should have rest after a certain time of work,no one is allowed to work all the time.

My comment for number 5 is they knew each other by the Web they would get together on the Web most night, and talk,and at the weekends, when they are not busy they would go on virtual walks , he never touched Caroline. but they said that virtual was fun ,but at that moment they both enjoyed their lives, and they got married. 5.) True. Saul and his girlfriend Caroline never met in person in this chapter. They were communicating through the web.They did the virtual walks and spent the holidays together but it does'nt mean that they met in person. Virtual is kind of imagination that you could hold or touch with your love ones.

1.-Cause he needed to make community work.
2.-They travel trough the web or by jet. They practice sports in the Web.
3.-The Controller. There's no war and no pollution , everybody is happy.
4.-No. I would probably hate the fact that somebody or something is controlling everything.

Chapter 4
1.-Maybe Captain Marrs is going to get rid of Saul soon.
